SG Kujan beams
Beams of SG Kujan type are designed for use in road bridge objects designed for moving loads of class A according to PN-85/S-10030 and for load from special vehicle of class 150. In the cross section they have the shape of reversed T. Width of lower flange plate is constant and is 58 cm. Pekabex manufactures Kujan SG beams in all four lengths from 9.0 m to 18.0 m. All beams are manufactured in concrete classes C30/37 and C35/45. There is a possibility of production of adapted prefabricated beams of Kujan SG type.
NG Kujan beams
Beams of NG Kujan type are designed for use in road bridge objects designed for moving loads of class A according to PN-85/S-10030 and for load from special vehicle of class 150. In the cross section they have the shape of reversed T. Width of lower flange plate is constant and is 89cm, thickness varies from 12.5 cm at ends to 20.3 cm at connection with web. All NG Kujan beams have identical lower flange plates. The cross section is uniform on the whole element length. It is also possible to adapt the beams by symmetrical narrowing the flange plate on both web sides. The invariable cross section shape allows for making the prefabricated elements of any length, including longer than the catalogue elements.
Pekabex manufactures Kujan NG beams in all three lengths from 12 m to 18 m with narrowed lower flange plates and reinforced beams, designed for increased load by concrete in the non-connected section phase, used in the vicinity of the installation cavities. All Kujan Ng beams are manufactured in concrete class C40/50.
