We usually tell you about fast-growing concrete structures, but there is something you may not know yet… our forest is GROWING fast too! Dominika, Environmental Protection Manager at Pekabex, keeps us updated on the current status of plantings. 
Cooperation with eco-specialists, which is important to us, ensures that each of these small trees was placed in the best possible place and was planted in the best possible way.
Trees planted in Polish forest inspectorates just for all of us:
- generate oxygen: one tree produces as much oxygen per year as a person consumes in 2 years,
- absorb CO2: each hectare of forest absorbs approx. 200 tons of carbon dioxide per year,
- they provide shade and coolness: a tree cools the air during the year like 5 air conditioners operating continuously.
New forests are planted, e.g. in places that suffered as a result of storms and gales, or e.g. bark beetles. So take a deep breath and join us… to do something really important and good!
