W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 16/2021 z dnia 08.03.2021 Zarząd Poznańskiej Korporacji Budowlanej Pekabex S.A. („Emitent”) informuje, iż do Umowy szczegółowo opisanej w ww. raporcie został zawarty aneks na podstawie, którego została podwyższona wartość wynagrodzenia o kwotę stanowiącą 1% przychodów grupy Pekabex wg ostatniego opublikowanego rocznego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego (w pełnych procentach) tytułem realizacji robót dodatkowych oraz uzgodniły zakończenie realizacji przedmiotu umowy do 15 czerwca 2022 roku.
Powód uznania Informacji za istotną: Wartość zmiany do umowy przekracza 5% wartości skonsolidowanych kapitałów własnych Emitenta wg ostatniego opublikowanego rocznego skonsolidowanego sprawozdania finansowego.

With reference to current report no. 16/2021 dated 08/03/2021, the Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlanej Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that to the Agreement described in detail in the aforementioned report an annex was concluded based on which the value of remuneration was increased by the amount representing 1% of Pekabex Group revenue according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements (in full percentages) for additional works and the Parties agreed to complete the subject of the Agreement by 15 June 2022.
The reason for deeming the Information material: The contract value exceeds 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements.

Failure to conclude the contracts with WSSE Invest Park

The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“Company”) didn’t conclude the contracts for the investments referred to in the Issuer’s current reports 10/2022 and 11/2022. The reason for failure to conclude the contracts were unforeseeable problems with the availability of certain materials and services, and an increase in construction costs, which significantly exceeded the originally planned budgets and deadlines for the implementation of the indicated investments, caused by the outbreak of the war in Ukraine.

(“the Investor”), the detailed terms and conditions of which are set out below:

Odstąpienie od znaczącej umowy przez spółkę zależną Poznańskiej Korporacji Budowlanej Pekabex S.A.

Zarząd Poznańskiej Korporacji Budowlanej Pekabex S.A. („Emitent”) informuje, iż w dniu dzisiejszym spółka zależna Emitenta – Pekabex Bet S.A. („Spółka”) złożyła Rawsko-Mazowieckiej Spółdzielni Mieszkaniowej z siedzibą w Rawie Mazowieckiej („Zamawiający”) oświadczenie o odstąpieniu od umowy z Zamawiającym, której przedmiotem była budowa trzech budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą na działkach znajdujących się w Rawie Mazowieckiej, o której zawarciu Emitent informował raportem bieżącym nr 31/2021 z dnia 5 maja 2021 r. Konieczność odstąpienia od umowy wynika z faktu nieprzekazania przez Zamawiającego gwarancji zapłaty, zgodnie z żądaniem Spółki doręczonym Zamawiającemu.

The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that today the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“Company”) submitted to Rawa-Mazowiecka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa with its registered seat in Rawa Mazowiecka (“Ordering Party”) a statement of withdrawal from the agreement with the Ordering Party concerning the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure on plots located in Rawa Mazowiecka, the conclusion of which was announced by the Issuer in current report No. 31/2021 of 5 May 2021.The necessity to withdraw from the contract results from the fact that the Ordering Party did not provide the payment guarantee as requested by the Company.
