With reference to current report no. 16/2021 dated 08/03/2021, the Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlanej Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that to the Agreement described in detail in the aforementioned report an annex was concluded based on which the value of remuneration was increased by the amount representing 1% of Pekabex Group revenue according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements (in full percentages) for additional works and the Parties agreed to complete the subject of the Agreement by 15 June 2022.
The reason for deeming the Information material: The contract value exceeds 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements.
