The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that today the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“Company”) submitted to Rawa-Mazowiecka Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa with its registered seat in Rawa Mazowiecka (“Ordering Party”) a statement of withdrawal from the agreement with the Ordering Party concerning the construction of three multi-family residential buildings with accompanying infrastructure on plots located in Rawa Mazowiecka, the conclusion of which was announced by the Issuer in current report No. 31/2021 of 5 May 2021.The necessity to withdraw from the contract results from the fact that the Ordering Party did not provide the payment guarantee as requested by the Company.
