The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. _ “Issuer” _ hereby announces that today it has concluded with Skanska Sverige AB, based in Sweden, a contract for construction works, signed formerly by Pekabex Bet S.A._100% subsidiary of the Issuer, whose subject is delivery and assembly of prefabricated and steel constructions for the investment of Nya Hovas Kv A in Gothenburg, Sweden _ “Agreement”.
Remuneration due to Pekabex Bet S.A. for execution of the Agreement is PLN 13 661 000.
The subject of the contract will be implemented in stages, with the final stage being implemented until the 22nd week of 2018.
