The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. _ “Issuer” _ hereby informs that today it has concluded with Skanska Sverige AB, based in Sweden, a delivery agreement signed previously by Pekabex Bet S.A._100% subsidiary of the Issuer_whose subject is delivery of prefabricated walls and plinth for investment Kv. Tygeln 2 in Solna, Sweden _ “Agreement” _.
Remuneration due to Pekabex Bet S.A. for the contract is PLN 9,900,000. Subject of the Contract will be executed in accordance with the agreed schedule.
