The Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. _ “Issuer” _ hereby informs that today it concluded with Budimex S.A. with the seat in Warsaw, a contract for performance of construction works, previously signed by Pekabex Bet S.A._100% subsidiary of the Issuer, whose subject is the delivery and installation of reinforced concrete prefabricated building construction together with necessary elements embedded in the construction and execution, agreeing and obtaining approval of the designer and the ordering: design, engineering, replacement and workshop documentation in the field of prefabricated and prefabricated construction buildings for investment in Kałuszyn.
Compensation payable to Pekabex Bet S.A. for the execution of the object of the agreement was determined in the amount of PLN 25 250 000,00. From the remuneration will be paid tax on goods and services _VAT_ in a way and in accordance with the provisions in force. Parties indicated the deadline of 3 February 2018 as the day of completion of works covered by the subject of the contract, including the completion of delivery and assembly of prefabricated construction elements by 20 January 2018.
