The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (“the Company”) has concluded a contract today with Paweł Rochowski conducting business activity under the firm Paweł Rochowski P.U.H. Ampro (“Subcontractor”), the detailed terms and conditions of which are set out below:
Subject of the contract: comprehensive execution of earthworks and roadworks by the Subcontractor as part of the investment task – Construction of a warehouse building with service, administrative and social facilities, together with the accompanying infrastructure in Kolonia Dybów in connection with a contract entered into by the Company with BIMs Plus FFH Sp. z o.o. Warsaw Sp.k.
Contract value: 2% of the revenues of the Pekabex Group according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements (in full percentages)
Works completion date: 31.07.2022
Warranty period: 5 years Statutory warranty period: 5 years
Performance bond: 2% of the contract value
Retention bond: 1% of the contract value
Limit of contractual penalties which may be imposed on the subcontractor: 10% of the contract value
The possibility of claiming supplemental compensation: yes
Other terms and conditions of the contract deviating from those typical for this contract type: none
The reason for deeming the Information material: The contract value exceeds 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements.
