The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs about the dates of submitting periodic reports in 2021:
– consolidated annual report for 2020 on the 22nd of April, 2021
– consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 on the 20th of May, 2021
– consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2021 on the 9th of September, 2021
– consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2021 on the 18th of November, 2021
At the same time, the Issuer’s Management Board declares that:
1. Pursuant to § 62 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (“Regulation”) the Company will not publish separate individual quarterly reports or a semi-annual report. The Company intends to publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information and a consolidated semi-annual report containing semi-annual condensed financial statements.
2. Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2020 and for the second quarter of the financial year 2021.
