The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“the Issuer”) informs that the total gross value of contracts concluded by the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex BET S.A. (“the Company”) with Veidekke Enterprenad AB in the calendar year 2021 exceeded 5% of the value of the Issuer’s consolidated equity according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements, and in total amounts to 3% of the revenues of the Pekabex Group, rounded off to the nearest whole percentages, according to the last published annual consolidated financial statements. The Issuer’s Management Board informs that the total gross value of contracts concluded by the Company with Veidekke Enterprenad AB in the calendar year 2021 after the publication of this report will be counted from the beginning.
