The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (The “Company”) received from Toto S.p.A. Construzioni Generali (“Toto”) a declaration of withdrawal from a significant contract, the conclusion of which was announced by the Issuer in the current report 11/2021 of February 5, 2021. The reason for withdrawal from the contract is the termination by Toto of the main contract concluded between Toto and the investor (“Main Contract”), as a result of Toto’s withdrawal from the Main Contract.
