The Tollare Terrass project is a residential complex that continues the Tollare Marina project. The Tollare Terrass complex consists of 5 buildings and is located by the water in Stockholm. The scope of the Tollare Terrass project includes exterior walls: brick and painted, interior walls, balconies, columns, and beams. Linaberg 19 Residential Complex in Stockholm
The Linaberg 19 project in Sweden is a residential complex consisting of 19 buildings with a total of 370 apartments. Pekabex was responsible for the design, production, delivery, and assembly of the prefabricated elements. The first phase of the investment included 12 buildings with a two-story garage, covering an area of approximately 80×90 meters. In our Gdańsk prefabrication plant, we produced columns, prestressed beams, solid walls, filigree slabs, balconies, stairs, as well as Half Sandwich and Sandwich walls (single, double, and triple-layered), painted, with matrices and factory-installed windows. A total of over 8,500 elements were used for the assembly.
The second phase included 7 buildings for the northern part of the investment.
The assembly work for the southern part took nearly 2 years, while deliveries for the northern part took about a year.
The design work for all 19 buildings took a total of 39,629 man-hours.

Ekebäckshöjd Residential Complex in Gothenburg
Despite the onset of the coronavirus pandemic in Europe and reduced market activity in Sweden, we secured the Ekebäckshöjd project in Gothenburg. The contract included the design, production, delivery, and assembly of prefabricated elements. Specifically for this project—requiring quick assembly and the capability to install sewer pipes (“Frogs”)—we expanded the production tables for prestressed elements at our Gdańsk plant to produce slabs up to 2.78 meters wide.

KAJ306 Residential Building in Malmö
The KAJ306 building comprises approximately 100 apartments and 5 commercial units. The structure includes 14 above-ground floors and one underground floor. For this project, we supplied solid interior walls and double-layered exterior walls with installed electrical accessories and windows. Additionally, we provided columns, filigree slabs, HC prestressed slabs, reinforced concrete beams, and balconies. Pekabex was responsible for the entire design, production, delivery, and assembly process.
