Linaberg 19 Residential Complex in Stockholm
The Linaberg 19 project in Sweden is a residential complex consisting of 19 buildings with a total of 370 apartments. Pekabex was responsible for the design, production, delivery, and assembly of the prefabricated elements. The first phase of the investment included 12 buildings with a two-story garage, covering an area of approximately 80×90 meters. In our Gdańsk prefabrication plant, we produced columns, prestressed beams, solid walls, filigree slabs, balconies, stairs, as well as Half Sandwich and Sandwich walls (single, double, and triple-layered), painted, with matrices and factory-installed windows. A total of over 8,500 elements were used for the assembly.
The second phase included 7 buildings for the northern part of the investment.
The assembly work for the southern part took nearly 2 years, while deliveries for the northern part took about a year.
The design work for all 19 buildings took a total of 39,629 man-hours.
