Babord 1, located in Limhamn, Malmö, marks our first joint project in collaboration with SERNEKE. The entire scope of prefabricated element production is planned in factories in Gdańsk, with assembly work completed in July 2021. The next project for Serneke was the Luna project, whose assembly began in early 2021.
