The Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. (“Issuer”) informs that today the Issuer’s subsidiary – Pekabex Bet S.A. (The “Company”) concluded with Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie sp. Z o.o. (“Ordering Party”), an annex to the contract the subject of which was the performance of design works of construction design and workshop design, construction works, installation works related to the comprehensive implementation of the investment task under the name “Construction of a multi-storey car park on the premises of MTP”, the conclusion of which was informed by the Issuer current report No. 70/2020 of December 15, 2020 (“Agreement”).
Pursuant to the annex, the Company and the Ordering Party confirmed that the Agreement is binding, recognizing the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, about which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 27/2021 of April 23, 2021, as null and void. New deadline for completion of the works, established under the annex, is 52 weeks from the date on which the environmental decision for the implementation of the above mentioned investment becomes final.
