In reference to current reports 37/2021 and 38/2021, the Management Board of Poznańska Korporacja Budowlana Pekabex S.A. with its registered seat in Poznań (“Issuer”) informs that on June 9, 2021, the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) adopted a resolution on the introduction of up to 40,000 series B bearer bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 40,000,000 (“Bonds”), issued by the Issuer, to trading in the alternative trading system on Catalyst operated by the WSE (“ASO ”), As of the date of registration of the Bonds in the depository system operated by the National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”).
Moreover, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that on June 9, 2021, KDPW issued a statement on the conclusion of an agreement with the Issuer for the registration of the Bonds in the depository. The Bonds will be registered in the depository system operated by the National Depository for Securities on the basis of settlement orders referred to in §5 of the Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depository for Securities on June 11, 2021.
